The Institute Branch provides vital professional development for students, families, and educators. We offer workshops and professional development opportunities to both faculty, students, parents, and interested individual who want to make transformative change in the lives of others. We host programs such as The Graduate Student Empowerment Program, and Mentoring Excellence Institute® and assist parents with IEP advocacy. We also provide personalized coaching for professionals and students. Additionally, consulting services are available for individuals or institutions who are pursuing mentoring program development, aiming to create inclusive and supportive academic environments.

1. Workshops and Coaching: Topics range from  navigating college admissions, professional coaching for early-career STEM professionals, graduate students, leadership development, and more.

2. Mentoring Program Consulting: LCI consults with institutions to develop and refine mentoring programs that support both student and faculty success.

3. IEP Advocacy and Assistance: We offer assistance to parents needing to advocate for their child's needs in the PK-12 school system.
